License
By purchasing a product of MagentiCity:
Customer will obtain a License Certificate which will remain valid until the Customer stops using the Product or until MagentiCity terminates this License because of Customer's failure to comply with any of its Terms and Conditions. You are allowed to customize our products to fit with your using purpose.
Product Update
MagentiCity does upgrade regularly to meet new requests from customers or make our products work with later versions of Magento. Customers purchased a product from MagentiCity will get the updated versions for Free upto the period of 1 year. Customer has to renew the product upgrade package to avail further upgrades. Follow our Newsletter for the updated information.
Support
MagentiCity offers Three months FREE support for all of your paid extensions. Support includes answering questions related to our products and bug/error fixing to make sure our products work well on your site exactly like our demo. Support does not include customizing our product to fit your own needs; customization request will require some fee (basically $25/hour for Magento 1 & $30/hour for Magento 2). We strongly believe that three months being beside you is stable enough to make the extension work perfectly on your site.
We also support for free products, however, you will have to purchase support package from our website.To ask for support or report bugs, please submit a ticket to our Support system. Please kindly understand that tickets that arrive at our weekend will be processed when we’re back to the office on next Monday.
Refund
All customers can request a refund during 30 days after purchase of our extension, if customer thinks that our extension is not suitable for them due to any reason. To request refund, customer must remove all copies of our extension from its store, servers, computers, email, etc and confirm by email such removal. After receiving a request we will process refund within 7 business days.
All refund requests submitted after 30 days are not accepted. Fees for installation, conflicts resolution and customization services are not refundable.
Offers
MagentiCity introduces different offers at regular intervals. It is a sole authority of MagentiCity to discontinue any offer at any time. Refunds requested for the Magento 1 and Magento 2 extensions bought under offer period will be made in accordance to the extension purchase price. Any offer discount received due to multple quantity purchase will be deducted during refund of any extension.
Magenticity reserves right to deduct processing fee for the refunds made on website.

This website may contain links to other independent third-party Web sites (“Linked Sites”). These Linked sites are provided solely as a convenience to our visitors. Such Linked sites are not under MagentiCity control, and MagentiCity is not responsible for and does not endorse the content of such Linked Sites, including any information or materials contained on such Linked Sites. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MagentiCity be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) rising out of 'Authorized Users' use of or inability to use the MagentiCity products, even if MagentiCity has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event will MagentiCity be liable for prosecution arising from use of the Extensions against law or for any illegal use.
Changes to this privacy policy
Please note that these Terms and Conditions may change from time to time. MagentiCity reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Regardless, we will post any Terms and Conditions changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.
These Terms and Conditions go into effect on 15th March 2018.
Refunds requested for the extensions
