All customers can request a refund during 30 days after purchase of our extension, if customer thinks that our extension is not suitable for them due to any reason. To request refund, customer must remove all copies of our extension from its store, servers, computers, email, etc and confirm by email such removal. After receiving a request we will process refund within 3 business days after deducting necessary payment processing fees.
All refund requests submitted after 30 days are not accepted. Fees for installation, conflicts resolution and customization services are not refundable.
